Application review

We will review the application e-mail sent to us as soon as possible and make sure that the documents are complete. We will then return to the participant with an e-mail confirming the application and containing the necessary information for payment. At this stage, the participant will only be asked to pay the application fee. 

We will then contact the universities according to the participant's preferences. We have partnerships with many university hospitals that stand out in different fields across Turkey. We will arrange the most suitable hospital for the participant according to the program and city preference specified in the application.

Receiving the invitation letter

In this step, the participants will receive the invitation letter of the universities/hospitals from us. This process takes 15 to 45 days. 

In case of problems in obtaining acceptance from the host institution or exceeding the 45-day limited process, the application fee you have paid will be returned to you without any deduction.

After receiving acceptance from our partner universities on behalf of the participant, they will be notified, and they will be required to proceed with the payment of the training fee. Upon completion of the fee payment, the official acceptance letter will be promptly delivered to the participant.

Applying for visa

The next step of the participants who receive the invitation letter is to apply for a visa. At this stage, participants will be expected to complete their visa applications and inform us.
