Cancellation & Refund Policy (Online Courses & Practical / Face-to-Face Training)

Last updated: 2026-02-03

1. Scope & Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to (i) Online Courses and (ii) Application-Based Practical (Face-to-Face) Training Services purchased through https://www.healthtraininginturkey.com. The policy defines refund eligibility, cancellation rules, deposit conditions, Acceptance Letter procedures, withdrawal rights, digital content fulfillment, and force majeure cases. This policy forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, and Certificate & Attendance Policy.

2. Online Courses (Digital Content) — Cancellation & Refund

Online Courses are classified as digital content and may grant immediate access to course materials after payment. Once digital access credentials or content materials have been delivered, the statutory right of withdrawal may be restricted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing digital services.

  • Before Access is Granted: Full refund is available upon cancellation request.
  • After Access is Granted: Refunds are not available due to digital content fulfillment.
  • No-shows / Non-Completion: No refunds shall be issued for partial participation or non-usage.

3. Practical / Application-Based (Face-to-Face) Trainings — Deposit Structure

Practical Trainings require an initial deposit amounting to 10% of the total training fee upon application. The deposit activates the institutional Acceptance Letter evaluation process and reservation of training slots subject to quota limitations and institutional criteria.

  • If Not Accepted: If the Buyer is not accepted into the Practical Training program within an estimated period of 30–40 days from the deposit payment date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • If Accepted: If an Acceptance Letter is issued, the Buyer must pay the remaining 90% of the training fee within 10 days.
  • Failure to Pay After Acceptance: If the Buyer fails to complete payment within the required time, the application shall be cancelled and the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable to cover administrative and processing costs.

4. Practical Trainings — Refund After Full Payment

Once the Buyer has paid the remaining 90% after Acceptance Letter issuance, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled start date: Full refund of 90% portion; deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before the start date: 50% refund of the 90% portion; deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date or after the training has started: No refund.
  • No-shows / Absenteeism: No refund and no transfer shall be issued.

5. Institutional & Clinical Scheduling Constraints

Practical Trainings may be subject to hospital, clinic, institutional, academic, regulatory or scheduling constraints. Changes in schedule do not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund unless the training is permanently cancelled without alternative options.

6. Transfer & Substitution Rules

Transfers to another training session or substitution of participants may be considered upon request but are not guaranteed. Approval depends on institutional quota, accreditation rules, and administrative feasibility.

7. Refund Processing & Financial Channels

Refunds shall be issued through the same payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Bank transaction durations, currency settlements, and cross-border payment processing times may vary. Refunds related to Practical Trainings may require institutional confirmation before processing.

For audit, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes, refund records may be retained for financial reporting.

8. Digital Fulfillment & Chargeback Defense (Fintech Compliance)

For Online Courses, platform access logs, digital material delivery timestamps, and attendance records may be used as fulfillment evidence for payment processors (including İyzico) in cases of disputes or chargebacks.

For Practical Trainings, Acceptance Letter issuance, payment of remaining balance, attendance records, and institutional completion confirmations may serve as fulfillment evidence.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection)

The statutory right of withdrawal may apply differently depending on whether the service is classified as digital content, scheduled training, or application-based institutional acceptance service. For Practical Trainings, once the Acceptance Letter is issued, withdrawal rights may be restricted due to institutional allocation and quota reservations.

10. No-Shows, Non-Completion & Failure to Meet Requirements

Participants who do not attend, partially attend, or fail to meet attendance or performance requirements acknowledge that refunds are not available once the service has been rendered or partially rendered.

Absenteeism beyond permitted limits does not create entitlement to refund or rescheduling.

11. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, official restrictions, instructor unavailability, institutional suspension), the Buyer may request rescheduling, transfer, or alternative training allocation. Refunds may be issued only if service delivery becomes permanently impossible.

12. Policy Hierarchy & Relation to Other Documents

This policy must be interpreted together with the Distance Sales Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Certificate & Attendance Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Terms. In case of conflict, mandatory consumer protection rules shall prevail.
