The objective of a Pedodontics Observership Program is to provide dentists with structured clinical exposure in the field of pediatric dentistry. This program is designed to allow participants to observe and gain insight into the delivery of comprehensive oral healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents. Through supervised observation, the program focuses on understanding the management of pediatric-specific dental conditions, including preventive dentistry, behavior guidance techniques, dental trauma management, and care for children with special healthcare needs. The observership aims to enhance participants’ clinical awareness, decision-making skills, and understanding of pediatric dental practices while supporting their professional development in pediatric dentistry.
