The objective of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Observership Program is to provide structured clinical observation opportunities in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. This program is designed to allow participants to observe advanced surgical practices and gain insight into the diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions. Throughout the observership, participants are exposed to a variety of surgical procedures, including orthognathic surgery, craniofacial surgery, maxillofacial trauma management, and reconstructive surgical techniques. The program also offers observational experience in oral and maxillofacial pathology, dental implant procedures, and temporomandibular joint disorder management. Overall, the observership aims to enhance participants’ clinical understanding, surgical awareness, and professional development within the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
