2. Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the remote sale, purchase, and delivery of (i) Online Courses and (ii) Application-Based Practical (Face-to-Face) Training Services offered by the Seller through https://www.healthtraininginturkey.com. The agreement also regulates payment terms, participant obligations, cancellations, refunds, right of withdrawal, acceptance procedures for practical training programs, and deposit/remaining fee conditions.

3. Service Descriptions and Scope

Information regarding the training name, curriculum, academic content, estimated learning outcomes, training dates, schedules, venue (for practical trainings), format (online or face-to-face), price, and eligibility criteria are displayed on the platform during checkout and form an integral part of this Agreement.

For Online Courses, access is generally granted digitally through the online training platform, video materials, or other e-learning systems. For Practical Training Services, participation is subject to institutional acceptance, quota limitations, and additional administrative review processes.

4. Payment Terms and Financial Conditions

4.1 Online Courses

For Online Courses, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Registration and access rights are activated upon successful payment. Access details, platform credentials, and relevant training information may be delivered electronically to the Buyer.

4.2 Practical / Application-Based (Face-to-Face) Trainings

Practical training programs require an initial deposit payment amounting to 10% of the total training fee during checkout. This deposit indicates the Buyer’s request to apply for the program and initiates the application review and acceptance procedures.

Upon payment of the deposit, the Seller forwards the Buyer’s application to the relevant institution or training facility responsible for issuing a formal Acceptance Letter.

If the Buyer is not accepted into the Practical Training program within an estimated period of 30–40 days from the deposit payment date, the Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Refunds shall be processed through the same payment channel used during checkout unless mutually agreed otherwise.

4.3 Acceptance Letter and Remaining Balance

If an Acceptance Letter is issued for the Buyer, the Buyer shall be notified electronically and shall be required to pay the remaining 90% of the training fee within 10 days following the notification. Failure to pay the remaining fee within the stated period shall result in cancellation of the Buyer’s application, and in such case, the 10% deposit shall not be refunded and shall be retained by the Seller as a non-refundable administrative cost and processing fee.

4.4 Quotas and Institutional Approvals

Practical training participation may require quotas, institutional approvals, hospital or clinic allocations, visa/permit processes, security clearances, academic prerequisites, compliance confirmations, or documentation as specified on the website. The Seller reserves the right to deny applications that fail to meet institutional criteria.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation, refund, and withdrawal processes shall apply differently depending on the type of training purchased (Online or Practical). Detailed terms are available in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms a legally binding part of this Agreement.

For Online Courses, once access credentials or digital materials are delivered, the Buyer acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may be restricted under distance sales regulations applicable to digital content and electronic services, in accordance with relevant legislation.

For Practical Trainings, the Buyer acknowledges that the 10% deposit is non-refundable once an Acceptance Letter has been issued, and further acknowledges that failure to complete payment within the required period shall result in forfeiture of such deposit.

6. Platform Obligations & Delivery

The Seller shall ensure that digital access for Online Courses is provided in a timely manner and that Practical Training applications are submitted promptly to the relevant institutions. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party institutions, public authorities, or force majeure events.

7. Buyer Responsibilities & Representations

The Buyer confirms that information provided is accurate and acknowledges personal responsibility for meeting any prerequisites, documentation requirements, travel arrangements, and other obligations related to participation in Practical Trainings.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction depending on dispute thresholds. Commercial disputes (if applicable) shall be resolved before the courts of Istanbul unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing checkout and payment through https://www.healthtraininginturkey.com, the Buyer acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, all of which constitute an integral contractual framework between the Parties.
